CKO Sprint @ Home     

Nourishing Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl (Alanna Bray-Lougheed)

Ingredients
​½ cup quick cook oats 
1 cup water, milk, or plant-based milk
1 tsp. Ground flax
1 tsp. Chia seeds 
1 tsp. Cinnamon 
1 tbsp. Dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, chopped dates) 
1 tbsp. Chopped nuts or seeds 
¼ cup plain greek yogurt
Instructions
  1. Place all dry ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl and mix together
  2. Pour milk or water on top and mix 
  3. Place in microwave and heat on high for 90 seconds 
  4. Remove from microwave and let cool for 1 minute 
  5. Top with a dollop of greek yogurt 
  6. Enjoy!
