Meat Lovers Breakfast Wrap - Cameron Low

Cameron Low, Balmy Beach Canoe Club Kayaker, shares his go-to post workout (protein filled) wrap. 
Ingredients
Makes 2 Wraps
​
  • 3 eggs
  • Small bit of milk
  • 2 wraps
  • 2 slices of ham
  • 10 small pepperoni slices
  • 4 strips of bacon​
Instructions
  1. Cook the bacon in a fry-pan to your desired crispiness
  2. While the bacon is cooking, crack eggs and scramble them in a bowl, poor your desired amount of milk in and whisk to scramble
  3. Once the bacon is finished, empty out most of the grease from pan but leave some in to cook your eggs
  4. Pour scrambled raw eggs into the fry pan and cook on medium heat to your desired 'fluffiness', stir with a spatula while cooking
  5. Place two wraps on a plate and divide the cooked scrambled eggs onto each wrap
  6. Assemble the rest of your wrap by allocating 2 slices of bacon, 5 slices of pepperoni, and 1 slice of ham on each wrap
  7. Fold up the wraps
  8. Eat!
