Meatless Lovers Wrap - Erica Scarff

Ingredients
  • Whole Wheat Wrap
  • Hummus, or healthy spread of choice
  • Your choice of veggies (I used tomatoes, lettuce and avocado)
  • Hemp hearts (optional)
Tofu Scramble:
  • 200g Tofu 
  • pinch of Black pepper
  • 1tsp Turmeric (optional)

Directions

  1. Chop or crumble  tofu into tiny pieces.
  2. Mix chopped tofu with black pepper and turmeric.
  3. Cook over medium-high heat for 5-10 minutes
  4. Wrap it up! Assemble the wrap. Spread hummus, add tofu scramble, veggies and seeds!
