CKO Sprint will again be offering our Strategic Planning Funding Program and Safe Sport Training funding to member organizations this year.
Strategic Planning Funding Program CKO Sprint will be offering financial support of $500/organization, to a maximum of $3500 for our clubs/Divisions to engage in their own strategic planning process. Those interested in applying for our strategic planning funding must complete the online application and hire a strategic planning service consultant by March 25, 2022. If more than seven (7) organizations apply for support, completed applications will be evaluated on a first come first served basis. To qualify for this funding, clubs/Divisions must be a member in good standing with CKO Sprint, CKC and either EOD or WOD. Organizations may use any strategic planning service that meets their needs. To assist in the process, CKO Sprint has created a partnership with Hector Carranco and Strategic Planning Facilitation Service to provide facilitated virtual strategic planning at a significantly reduced rate. “I can’t recommend this service and Hector’s skills enough. We are now a more energized and focused organization as a result.” – Laura Clemenhagen, Commodore, Collingwood Paddling Club Safe Sport Training Funding CKO Sprint will be providing up to $11,000 in funding to support Safe Sport screening requirements, as per CKC’s Safe Sport Policy.
