WOMEN
& SPORT
tools for advancing gender equity
CKO Sprint recognizes that women and girls are underrepresented in all areas of sport, as coaches, athletes, leaders, and administrators. To close the gender gap in sport, CKO Sprint and our EDI advisory committee are working to build awareness, provide education and develop capacity so that our sport is more representative and inclusive for women and girls.

ORGANIZATIONS
Canadian Women & Sport is dedicated to creating an equitable and inclusive Canadian sport and physical activity system that empowers girls and women – as active participants and leaders – within and through sport. CWS partners with sport organizations, governments, and leaders to build better sport through gender equity.
Fast and Female REAL Role Models
Fast and Female events present the chance for girls to interact with and be inspired by our role models. These women are Relatable, Empowered, Athlete Leaders. Ranging from professional athletes, psychologists, Paralympians and Olympians, coaches, to undergraduate students; our role models are one of the reasons this organization continues to thrive and expand.
EDUCATION
Gender Equity LENS E-Learning Module
The Gender Equity LENS is an e-Learning module designed to help sport leaders apply a gender lens in their day-to-day decisions. Trainings like these are a vital first step to affecting change. But like many of us, your learning may come to an end when the training ends.
