In partnership with the Canadian Sport Institute of Ontario (CSIO) and Registered Dietitian, Sydney Lougheed, 5 sport nutrition modules have been created to help athletes advance their knowledge on nutrition and performance fuelling.
CSIO Nutrition Resources
In partnership with the Canadian Sport Institute of Ontario (CSIO) and Performance Coach, Kiri Langford, we have created a series of videos with specific instructions on S&C exercises to ensure safe and effective training in the gym.
Mindset and mental health are essential components of holistic and effective training. Coach Cheyanne Farquharson from Rideau Canoe Club has developed a yoga video series and we have provided third-party resources to assist with mental health and sport psychology.
