Pat Lester

Pat is the U14 Academy and Special Olympics team lead. The U14 Academy Team Program's goal is to identify and support talented athletes early in their development. The Special Olympics team focuses on programming by increasing the opportunities for paddlers with intellectual disabilities. 

Ryan Blair

Ryan heads the high performance and development strategies for Canoe Kayak Ontario (CKO) Sprint in collaboration with athletes, coaches, clubs, officials and funding partners.  Ryan leads the provincial strategy for the progressive development of Ontario athletes, supports the sustainability of clubs throughout Ontario, enables the ongoing development of new and established coaches and officials and implements systems and structures that enable the achievement of strategic goals.

Costin Neagoe​

Costin is a part of the CKO Sprint Communications team, as well as a high level athlete in the sport, responsible for planning and creating engaging content that celebrates our sport and its diversity.
